You need to train frigate to lvl 4 to be very effective. (you'd do it
anyway if you ever want a cruiser).
MODULE Sensor dampner 1
Skill required;
Sensor linking 1 and Electronics lvl 3 (yes u need that anyway too)

Amarr: Crucifier You need to train frigate to lvl 4 to be very
effective. (you'd do it anyway if you ever want a cruiser).
MODULE Tracking Disruptor 1
Skill required:
Weapon Disruption 1 and Electronics lvl 3 (yes u need that anyway too)
Well done recruit, He's using Large railguns and he can't hit anything
more than 50km away and only if it isn't moving.
Caldari: Griffin
You need to train frigate to lvl 4 to be very effective. (you'd do it
anyway if you ever want a cruiser).
MODULE Racial or Multispec Jammer
Skill required: Electronic warfare 1 and Electronics lvl 1 (yes u
already have that, Well done!!)

Minmitar: Any frigate (since you get no ship bonus)

Skill required: Propulsion jamming 1, Navigation 2 and Electronics lvl
3 (yes u need those anyway too)
Well done recruit, not only was he too far out to lock or shoot before
he was jammed, he was too stupid to get away!!!

Seriously guys, make sure your newer guys can get the ships and skill
books and modules, then all I ask is you get in them, fly them into
battle and possibly be the guy responsible for us being able to kill
that T2 BS.
You can all fly a ship, now you know how to be an effective combat
pilot.
