Serpentis = thermal/kinetic
Blood Raider = thermal/em
Sansha's = em/thermal
Angel's = ALL (use explosion damage)
Minmatar = thermal/explosion
Ammar Navy = em/thermal
Mordu's Legion = em/thermal/kinetic
Mercenaries = kinetic/thermal (Commander with em/therm)
